About Oblivn

Oblivn is built to protect the privacy, dignity, and constitutional rights of every individual — not to provide cover for illegal activity.

We believe in the First and Fourth Amendments. We support freedom of expression and protection from surveillance. That's why Oblivn is end-to-end encrypted, peer-to-peer, and logs nothing. We don't ask who you are. We don't store your data. We don't track your calls.

But we also believe in responsibility. We do not support — and will never defend — the use of Oblivn for harm, abuse, or criminal behavior. Privacy is a right. Misuse is not.

Oblivn is intentionally designed to be unmonitored. We don't record calls, and we don't maintain logs. That means we can't read your messages — and we can't intervene in your conversations. We've built this system so no one, including us, can spy on you.

If you believe a crime has occurred, we encourage you to report it directly to law enforcement. If required by law and backed by a valid legal order, we will cooperate with authorities to the extent possible — even in a system where we hold very little data by design.

Oblivn is a tool — a powerful one. We trust our users to use it with integrity. And we will continue defending the right to private conversation in an increasingly monitored world.
