At Oblivn, we take privacy seriously. This document outlines what data we collect, what we don't collect, and how we approach your right to privacy.
Oblivn is a peer-to-peer video platform. When you start a room and share a link, your call is established directly between participants using WebRTC technology. That means the video/audio connection happens between devices, not through our servers.
In some cases — for example, if one user is behind a restrictive firewall or NAT — a relay server (called a TURN server) may be used to route encrypted traffic between devices. This server acts only as a conduit and cannot decrypt or access any part of the communication. These TURN servers are operated by third parties under strict no-logging policies.
Whether direct or relayed, all calls are protected using DTLS-SRTP end-to-end encryption. Once the call ends, the room ceases to exist and cannot be re-accessed.
We may temporarily process room metadata (a randomly generated room ID) during the session lifecycle to facilitate peer discovery. This data is not stored.
For diagnostic or abuse prevention purposes, we may monitor aggregate system health in real time (e.g., connection failure rates), but this data is not user-specific, stored, or sold.
Oblivn does not integrate third-party analytics, ads, or embedded services that could track users.
If future versions incorporate features like optional call enhancements or integrations, they will be strictly opt-in and clearly disclosed.
Oblivn is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and any user found to be under 13 will be blocked from use.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no account to delete, no data to export, and no history to erase. That's by design.

This privacy policy may be updated in the future. If so, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
