Oblivn is a tool for private, secure, respectful communication.

It may not be used for harassment, exploitation, criminal activity, or any illegal purpose. Access may be blocked for misuse.

Oblivn is operated by anonymous developers committed to privacy. No personal, corporate, or contact information is disclosed. No user support or communication channel is available.

Purpose of the Service

Oblivn provides a peer-to-peer video platform for private, ephemeral, encrypted conversations. No user accounts are required, and no data is stored or logged.

Oblivn does not monitor or retain content. However, we reserve the right to block access by IP or technical signature if serious violations are detected or legally ordered.

We cooperate with law enforcement only when required by valid legal process. No information is stored unless legally compelled at the time of request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oblivn and its creators are not liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, arising from use of the platform or inability to access the platform.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

The design, name, and original content of Oblivn are the intellectual property of its anonymous creator(s). No portion may be reused, redistributed, or modified without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes must be resolved in that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. The effective date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the service implies agreement to the current version of these Terms.
